Welcome to PsychologyAI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PsychologyAI platform, including our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on our Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

You must be at least 16 years old to use our Platform. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use our Platform and they must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

To access certain features of our Platform, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We reserve the right to disable your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we determine that your account information is inaccurate, fraudulent, or outdated.

PsychologyAI provides AI-powered mental wellness support, including but not limited to AI chat conversations, psychological assessments, exercises, and resources.

Our Platform is designed to provide information and support for mental wellness. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of qualified health providers with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

In case of emergency, please contact your local emergency services immediately or visit your nearest emergency room.

Our Platform may allow you to submit, upload, publish, or otherwise make available content, including but not limited to text, photographs, and information ("User Content").

You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you submit. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise use the User Content for the purposes of operating, developing, providing, and improving our Platform.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the User Content or have the right to grant the rights and licenses described in these Terms; and (ii) the User Content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law

• Harassing, threatening, intimidating, or impersonating others

• Posting or transmitting any content that is abusive, harmful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

• Attempting to circumvent any security or authentication measures of the Platform

• Using the Platform to distribute unsolicited promotional or commercial content

• Interfering with or disrupting the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform

• Collecting or harvesting any information from the Platform without authorization

• Using the Platform in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Platform

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Platform for engaging in any of these prohibited activities.

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by PsychologyAI, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.

• You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.

• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.

• If we provide social media features with certain content, you may take such actions as are enabled by such features.

Some aspects of the Platform may be available only through a paid subscription. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all fees applicable to your subscription level.

We may change our fees at any time. If we change our fees, we will provide notice of the change on the Platform or by email, at our option, at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the fee change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the updated fee amount.

Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and are non-refundable. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription.

You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide to us for all applicable fees. If your payment cannot be completed, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform.

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Platform, with or without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Platform, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your account settings, if available.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

PsychologyAI is not a healthcare provider, and the Platform is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of qualified health providers with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PSYCHOLOGYAI, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY APPLIES WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PsychologyAI, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

These Terms and your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Platform shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PsychologyAI regarding the Platform and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and PsychologyAI.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be modified to reflect the parties' intention or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms, at our sole discretion, without restriction.

The section titles in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
